This lacy cloche is knit sideways and joined with a three needle bind off when it is the correct size. Sections of stockinette stitch are interrupted with vertical stripes of eyelets. The bottom edge of this hat has a lace border with a jagged garter stitch based design. The unusual construction and unique design of this hat will be fun to knit and encourage compliments whenever you wear it.
Needles: US 10.5 (6.5 mm): straight or circular needles
