This flirty knitted skirt is great for summer outings. The bobble lace ruffle is worked back and forth, then joined into a circle and worked in a slimming twisted-rib pattern in the round to the waist. The ruffle's lacy pattern is made by intentionally dropping individual stitches and letting them ravel down to the cast-on edge. A ribbon tied at the top of the ruffle gives the skirt a slight vintage touch. Shown in CotLin Nightfall.
