Sarah is a fun piece with a touch of elegance. It is beautiful by itself on warm days, or it can be layered over a long sleeve tshirt and jeans for a modern take on the classic sweater vest, or under a blazer for the workplace or a night out. Sarah is a racerback sleeveless top with a deep and thick cowl neck. It is knit from the bottom up, beginning with ribbing from the mid-hip to the empire waist. Ribbing all the way up to the empire waist allows the fabric to hug curves and create a very flattering fit. Because of the way the cowl is shaped, Sarah easily fits a wide variety of shapes and bust sizes.
Size: Sarah is sized to fit busts approximately 30” to 54”. However, for the most accurate fit, sizes are given based on the empire waist measurement. Measure around your chest just below your breasts to get this measurement. 25” (27”, 30”, 33”, 36”), (39”, 41”, 44”, 47”) empire waist. Instructions are given for 25” empire waist, with other sizes in ( ). There are 2 sets of additional sizes for clarity. Sizes as given will fit with zero to slightly negative ease for a close and flattering fit. This top has a lot of stretch to fit over a light shirt, but if you prefer a looser fit, make the next size up from your empire waist measurement.
If you aren’t able to get an under bust measurement, the empire waist measurements above correspond with industry standard bust sizes of 30”, (33, 36, 39, 42,) (45, 48, 51, 54) inches
