Directions for this project in Boho Baby Knits. This festive skirt with a petticoat hem is a throwback to traditional folk dancing. The skirt is worked in the round from the top down. The waistband is knit together with the skirt and the lace edging is knit to the live skirt stitches. The matching hat is also worked in the round, with a lacy pinwheel design at the crown. Shown in CotLin Clementine.
