Cotlin offers a beautiful drape for this adorable girls shirt. The shirt is knit in the round from the bottom up to the underarms. A provisional cast on is used to create the sharp looking picot edge hem. Stitches are picked up along the neckline and armholes to knit the picot edge detail. The back of the shirt has a small placket that can be dressed up with coordinating buttons.
