This Mobius Scarf is not only beautiful, but it is also reversible! Using garter stitch for the background of the lace work allows this pattern to look identical no matter what side is facing out. The pattern is written to have the Mobius Scarf knit flat, allowing it to be easily adapted for a traditional scarf or stole. Adding the half twist into the scarf before being seamed together creates this unique look. Measuring 50” around after blocking, the Mobius Scarf can be worn draped on the shoulders or doubled up to fit as a cozy cowl. The pattern uses charts for the lace work portions of the pattern.
