Wrap yourself up in sparkling, bold colors with the Lilypad Shawl! This stunning wrap uses two different weights of yarn to achieve a unique transparency effect. The water lilies and lily pad motifs, knit in Stroll Sport, stands out against the shimmering waterscape, knit in Stroll Glimmer at a looser gauge. This technique adds texture to the background and foreground of the shawl. Knit lengthwise in stockinette stitch, the Lilypad Shawl uses small bobbins of yarn and intarsia to create the colorwork design.
Notions: A yarn needle, stitch markers, yarn bobbins, and a crochet hook (for optional fringe).
