These simple socks become fancy when you add embroidered touches at the end! These socks have a seed stitch cuff, seed stitch panels, and stockinette feet. A great travel project! But when you’re done, create a garden with chain stitches, lazy daisies and French knots. You could use embroidery floss, or scraps of leftover sock yarn for the embellishments, but we did all of the embroidery out of a single ball of variegated yarn. Shown in Williamsburg Stroll Sport and Playtime Stroll Fingering Hand-Painted.
Needles: Size 2 DPNs (or 2 sizes smaller than large needles); Size 4 DPNs and straight; Size 5 straights.
