This special-occasion little dress blues jacket and hat will make a Marine dad proud! It
has been adapted from the style of the dress blues Marine uniform without quite as
many embellishments and is quite handsome and adorable. It is knit from the top
down in one piece using only the garter stitch (knit every row), so it is easy enough for
an experienced beginning knitter. Only the sleeves and underarms need seaming.
