Options Interchangeable Nickel Plated Needle Set with Green Cables

The Nickel Plated Interchangeable Knitting Needle Set is the ultimate in knitting versatility! Mix and match knitting needle tips with cables to easily create the circular needle that you need for your next project.

Featuring smooth joins, perfectly tapered tips and flexible cables, this set includes 9 of our bestselling needle tips and 2 sizes of cables - all of which are stored in a handy vinyl case. Two small cable keys are included, which allow you to tighten your needle tips to the cables. Working on multiple projects that call for the same needle size? Use the included endcaps to safely store your project as you start the next.

Our nickel-plated needles have a slick, glass-like surface which allows your stitches to move freely while the hollow brass tube is extremely lightweight for hours of comfortable knitting.

Looking to expand your interchangeable knitting needle set? We have additional sizes of both needle tips and interchangeable cables available for even more options. Pro tip: The sizing of the cables refer to the total length achieved when the needle tips are attached to the cables.

They are great needles - BUT I need shorter CABLES. the needle sizes are fine - but need 10" to 16" in cable length. Is there anything you can help me with?

Your needles are great, but I need smaller sizes. I buy fingering yarn, Pallette is OK for fair Isle on 3.5mm. I need 2.5 a267af8nd 2.75 and 3 and 3.25.

I have used these needles for years, as well as many other needles from many different companies. These are still my favorites and my fastest and least tiring needles to knit with. I frequently knit for hours at a stretch with these needles and they still feel good in my hands at the end of a long productive day of knitting. I like the Knit Picks interchangeable wooden needles almost as well, and a little better than the nickel ones for really slick yarn that slips easily on the super smooth nickel plated needles. But I use a lot of stickier yarns rather than super slick yarns, and the nickel plates are better for that. For some techniques using two circular needles where you want to keep track of which needle is which, I will use one circular needle in nickel and one circular needle in the Sunstruck birch needles. Cannot go wrong with any of the Knit Picks needles. And the company is great to work with. Problems are extremely rare, but if there ever is a problem, their customer support is excellent.

These needles are a dream to knit with. The cables are soft and flexible. I love the weight and feel of the nickle plate. The yarn glides nicely. The join between needle and string is smooth and easy. I am donating all my other needles as these are what I will use from now on!

Love these needles. I was worried they would unscrew but I am most of the way through a large cardigan and they have not needed to be tightened once. I did use the little key to tighten them when I attached or changed the cables. The cables are nice and flexible and the little end caps are wonderful. I just screw them on to the cable ends and keep knitting the rest with a new cable. I chose the nickel version instead of the wooden ones as I seem to knit quicker with metal needles. Also if I take my knitting with me on my travels I don't have to worry about breaking the needles in my luggage. Yarn slides over the whole needle and cable beautifully, without any snags. I thoroughly recommend this product. Free shipping to Australia made them very affordable even with a poor exchange rate (half what I would pay for them here).
