Ordered two grab bags and they were identical!? Not exactly as random as I was hoping for... The value was pretty good however, as I use Curio regularly, and the Chroma and Felici will be put to good use. Will be scratching my brain to figure a good use for 2x brown unspun roving though...

Agree! What a great way to be introduced to a yarn line. Received 4 skeins of yarn, and now am hooked. Bring back the grab bags. Everyone likes a surprise!

The description said "four yarns," but I received two yarns, a ball of thread, and some unspun roving. It would have been a great deal if I did any tatting or spinning, but I don't, so I was disappointed.

I ordered one of these and got $27 worth of yarn. I got 4 balls, 3 of which I already have projects picked out for. I actually ordered two more of these because I liked the first one so much.

I did not get so lucky as the last reviewer. I received 4 balls of yarn, all of average quality (one is acrylic, one cotton, and the others are blends of nylon and wool) and very muted colors ("camel", brown, black, etc.). I suppose you're signing up for a mystery!

The description says "at least 4 skeins of yarn," but be aware that "yarn" is used loosely. My grab bag included TWO skeins of yarn, plus a ball of thread and a hank of unspun wool roving. Probably a decent deal if I happened to do any spinning and tatting, but I don't. I took "4 skeins of yarn" literally and was disappointed. Lesson learned. :-/

I just got one of these and it's 4 balls of yarn that I'm pretty sure are the bottom of the barrel. Yuck! One is an unspun roving in a muddy gold/tan, one is burgundy crochet cotton, 1 ball of sock yarn in a really washed out dirty looking colour and 1 of a murky purple and green fingering. This is definitely not worth the $10 let alone the professed $20. Worst part is it's not worth returning. I live in Canada and the postage will be almost $10 to send it back. What a waste!

Received a couple of decent yarns that I wouldn't have otherwise looked at, which was cool. I also ended up with some spinning fiber, which is disappointing because 1) I can't knit with this as is, 2) I don't have any of the necessary equipment to spin yarn out of this and 3) I'm not particularly interested in spinning my own yarn anyway. I wanted already made yarn that I can knit with now. The product page did not specify that there was a chance that I would receive spinning fiber. So while I got a couple of nice balls of yarn, I felt the fiber was a let down for me...

I ordered 4 grab bags and all i can say is wow. The selection and variety was awesome and i finally get to try chroma so yayyyy!!

I ordered multiple grab bags thinking they would be different; they are all the same. Unless you want multiples of same items, don't make the same mistake. I received 50g of felici soft serve special reserve, a fingering weight multi colored pastel yarn 27297 is the color way; 100g of curio crochet thread in Victorian a fall looking red hue; a 100g hank of chroma twist bulky in manzanita, and a 100g hank of special reserve full circle unspun roving in fawn. It won't allow me to include an image, but it was individually packaged inside a larger box.

Half of my order was very niche products that I probably will never use. The yarns I will use have a value of about $13, so I did get "more than I paid for," but not quite the surprise I hoped for.

Oh my goodness. I ordered one of these grab bags and I'm so happy with it. I received 3 balls of yarn that are each normally $10. Now I can try out some of the yarns I've looked at but wasn't sure if I really wanted
