How do I return or exchange merchandise purchased from Knit Picks?
We want you to love everything you buy from Knit Picks. If you’re unsatisfied with a Knit Picks product for any reason, just send it back within 30 days for a full product refund. We only refund shipping costs if the return is the result of our error. Items returned after 30 days are subject to a 25% restocking charge.
Refunds are issued in the original form of payment. If you use a gift certificate to pay for merchandise that you return later, you’ll get a on account credit to use towards your next purchase.
Your refund will be processed and on its way within 2 weeks.
