Call us at 1-800-574-1323. We’re here Monday-Friday from 5:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT and Saturday from 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PT.
This schedule is subject to change during holidays. What can we say, we’ve got families and friends too.

By Fax
Our fax machine is on 24 hrs a day, seven days a week. Fax us at 360-260-8877. We’ll respond as quickly as possible.

Of course we try to make our patterns perfect, but sometimes we slip up. We’re sorry. Before you e-mail us about a pattern correction or problem with one of our free, exclusive patterns, check out the pattern errata page.
