Clarifying instructions have been added to the Pockets section for the decrease rows:

Two pocket flaps are knitted one at a time, set aside, and then grafted onto the body. 

Double Decrease Row (2 sts decreased)

RS: If working a RS row on the Left Pocket: K3tog the first 3 sts; if working a RS row on the Right Pocket: SSSK the last 3 sts..

WS: If working a WS row on the Left Pocket: SSSP the last 3 sts; if working a WS row on the Right Pocket: P3tog the first 3 sts.

SIngle Decrease Row (1 st decreased)

RS: If working a RS row on the Left Pocket: K2tog the first 2 sts; If working a RS row on the Right Pocket, SSK the last 2 sts.

WS: If working a WS row on the Left Pocket, SSP the last 2 sts; If working a WS row on the Right Pocket, P2tog the first 2 sts.
