The Chasing Bubbles Tank is knit in the round from the bottom up. Once the full length is complete, the underarm stitches are bound off and stitches on the front and back are left on hold. You will make one I-cord, join it to the right side of the tank, continue working an I-cord bind off along the front and finish with another I-cord to create the left strap. The same is worked on the back. The I-cord straps are tied on each shoulder to make a bow and complete the top.
