How do I cancel or change an order?
If you'd like to cancel or change your order, please call customer service as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request if you call us before your order has been processed.
We pride ourselves on getting Knit Picks orders on their way quickly and efficiently, so the sooner you call us, the better. Once your package has left our warehouse, we can't cancel or change your order.
If you cancel an item that qualified you for a promotion or special deal, you may no longer receive that discount or promotion.
