With scrap yarn and US 10 needles, provisionally CO 183 (187, 195, 203, 211) sts. Work in St st for 5 rows; Place Right Seam and Left Seam markers after sts:
48”: 46, 137

50.25”: 47, 140

55”: 49, 146

58.25”: 51, 152

60.5”: 53, 158

 Attach Pockets

Carefully place sts from Right Front and Left Front pocket flaps on spare needles and hold behind Pockets. Put Pocket sts on working needle, where pocket flap sts had been.

 Underarm decreases

(RS) Work to 5 (6, 5, 8, 8) sts before Right underarm marker; BO next 10 (12, 10, 16, 16) sts, removing marker. Repeat with Left underarm. Work across Left Front.

Place back sts on holder. With WS facing, attach yarn at Right underarm and begin working both fronts at the same time.

Sizes 44” and 60.5” only: BO 3 sts at beg (armhole edge) of next two rows.

 Sleeve changes:

 ...work 4 rounds. On next round, attach the hem as done for body.

Continue working from chart for 76 rows, or to desired length.

Size 58.25” and 60.5”: At the same time, inc in pattern on either side of center st at rounds 25 and 50: 62 (64) sts.
