This light, airy rectangular stole looks like it has been tie dyed. Colors ripple through the fabric like the edge of a grassy meadow or sunset over the ocean.
This stole is knit loosely and then blocked to achieve its open look and light fabric. It is worked in garter stitch short rows, with both colors carried along the sides, so there are no ends to weave in at the color changes. The triangles are worked along the long dimension of the piece, creating stripes and ripples in varying sizes.
The companion pattern for this is the Shibori Interlude Stole.
