Much of my childhood was blissfully spent sitting among the branches of a favorite maple tree. Fresh air, exercise and lots of fun could be found there.
As I imagined the wedges on the top of a tam as the tree-tops, and the rest began to fall into place.
The spaces between the tree trunks seemed like empty canvases, waiting to be filled with pictures. The leisurely activities made me think of things we do in the evening, after work, so of course the sun had to be setting….
