Another garment after the tradition of my best-selling short sleeved circle sweater! So easy and fun, this transitional garment has something for everyone. Easy enough to make a good project for folks venturing into the world of garments, and varied enough to keep an experience stitcher busy, this large circle with a striking center medallion and easily memorized pattern repeats can be worn as a bolero, a shrug, or a hooded wrap, depending on your mood and the weather! Amazingly adaptable. Just work it in a circle like a large doily, skip stitches for the sleeves, and continue for a few more rounds to make the sweater body. Work a picot edging, and then make the sleeves. A nod to Turn of the Century leg o' mutton sleeves with the gathers and long, tight cuff, the sleeve is yet very modern with the trendy dolman look.
Pattern is written for sizes S-2X, and because of the looseness of the bolero and stretch of the yarn, it accommodates between sizes as well. So fun to personalize and so comfy and easy care in the soft cotton worsted yarn. Model is size M/L.
