Raglan Aran Cardigan Pattern

by Janet Szabo

Directions for this project in Aran Sweater Design, shown below. This classic styled raglan Aran cardigan is knit from the bottom up, with the sleeves joined at the underarm. The lattice design used for the center back is replaced by moss stitch for the front. The other cables act as counterpoint to the sharp angles of the lattice pattern. A simple 4-stitch cable runs along the raglan lines. Shown in Elegance Salmon.
